Fermacell GmbH produces and distributes high-quality building materials for the dry lining boards market. In Germany fermacell is the market leader with gypsum fibreboards. With a high-sturdy brand awareness fermacell stands for gypsum fibre boards and cementitious boards.
For more than 40 years fermacell offers construction materials for dry construction. fermacell Gypsum Fibreboards were first introduced on the German market in 1971. After the take-over by the Xella Group in 2001 the brand fermacell first belonged to the business unit Xella Dry Lining Systems GmbH. In 2009 the product name was supplemented by the company name: Fermacell GmbH. This uniform product and company name support further international and worldwide expansion of the company.
