AZ-45 Single-Leaf Door Outward Opening

AZ-45 is a modern aluminum system designed for the construction of internal architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation. The system allows for the fabrication of partition walls, windows, and doors, including sliding, swing, accordion, and automatic doors, as well as vestibules, showcases, cash registers, bent structures, and more.

The structural depth of the profiles is 52.6 mm for window sashes and 44.6 mm for other sections. The system offers profiles designed for traditional surface hinges as well as profiles with a Euro-groove for rebate hinges.

The system supports a wide range of filling materials with thicknesses from 2 to 30 mm. These can include single or composite glass, sandwich panels, polycarbonate (cellular or solid), furniture boards, and steel or aluminum sheets (combined with polyurethane, polystyrene, or rigid mineral wool). Depending on the thickness of the filling, appropriate glazing beads and EPDM synthetic rubber seals are selected to ensure secure installation.
