ElectroMelt Self-Regulating Heating Cable

Raychem ElectroMelt EM2-XR is a rugged and robust self-regulating heating cable used to prevent snow and ice formation on ramps, loading bays, external stairs and access ways. Power output is 90 W/m at 0 °C.

Electric snow melting systems keep walkways, parking garages, loading ramps, stairways and other areas free of snow and ice to help prevent slip hazards and damage to people and vehicles.
Our systems are designed to be easily installed for ramps or access ways with irregular shapes. We offer a range of solutions to meet the needs of the ground profile, whether installed in cement or asphalt.
