ARDEX X 77 S has been specifically engineered to fit today’s tiles with ease. It also provides additional performance benefits that support modern fixing practices, particularly its rapid setting characteristics.

Rapid setting characteristics allow floor tiles to be trafficked and grouted after 90 minutes
Fix any tile size or type without slipping and without the need for battens, with advance slip resistance that achieves double the European Standard
High yield with up to 5.5m2 coverage per bag at 3mm thick
Ideal for almost all tile types including non-moisture sensitive natural stone
Suitable for wall and floor applications
Suitable for internal and external areas, including swimming pools
Suitable for use with underfloor heating
