Pirnar Pivot Collection P_06 Front Door for Houses
P_06 treats the pivot leaf as a graphic composition: a bold two-tone, colour-block arrangement across three horizontal bands with a slender recessed handle set into the central band.
It is designed for architects who want the entrance itself to carry colour and geometry as a design statement — coastal, resort and contemporary residences in particular — without resorting to a fully glazed leaf.
The composition is engineered into the leaf rather than applied to it: Pirnar's horizontal-division rules for P_06 adjust automatically with door height, so the two-tone proportions stay balanced from a 2.6 m entrance to a 6 m one.
Designed for year-round performance in climates with cold winters and wet conditions, providing reliable protection against rain, wind, and frost. Equally suited to contemporary villas and residences in warmer climates.
The leaf is built on Pirnar's patented CarbonCore construction — a 129 mm profile built from three chambers, two of them carbon-fibre, several times stronger than steel and engineered to resist warping in both extreme heat and freezing cold — the door scales from 1350 to 2400 mm in width and up to 6000 mm in height without losing rigidity or sealing performance, with RC2 burglary resistance standard on solid, glass-free door leaves.
Concealed heavy-duty hinges carry leaves up to 500 kg with adjustable damper, latch and 90° hold settings, so even the largest configuration opens with complete control. Security and ambience come standard, not as an add-on: every Pivot door includes SmartLux ambient lighting integrated into the recessed handle, a SecuroSmart fingerprint scanner, and full app control — with a SecuroSmart keypad available as a further standard access option.
Shown here in a two-tone aluminium finish (FS 8019 / FS Quartz 2) with a PVD Golden Honey handle, P_06's colour-block composition can be reworked in any combination from Pirnar's aluminium colour range — a modern aluminium pivot door for luxury residences.
