Heavy-duty, colour-stable, textured, polyurethane floor system Sika® Ucrete® CS20

Sika® Ucrete® CS20 is a colour-stable, heavy duty, textured, polyurethane flooring system. It provides very good resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and high temperatures.

USES

Sika® Ucrete® CS20 may only be used by experienced professionals.

Sika® Ucrete® CS20 is used within wet and dry process areas including the following application areas:

Food and beverage facilities
Pharmaceutical facilities
Chemical and processing facilities

Specifikation

Substrate quality: Concrete substrate should be visibly dry and have a minimum tensile strength of 1,5 MPa.
Colour Stable: Ultraviolet light stable and enhanced stain resistance.
Fast Cure: Pedestrian traffic after 3 hours.
Slip resistance: EN 13038-4 pendulum test (wet floor using 4S rubber): 45 – 55 Conformity to DIN51130: R12 / R13 V4
Thermal resistance:
- 4 mm thickness: Minimum Service Temperature (ºC): -15 ºC; Maximum Service Temperature (ºC): +70 ºC
- 6 mm thickness: Minimum Service Temperature (ºC): -25 ºC; Maximum Service Temperature (ºC): +80 ºC; Steam cleanable: Lightly
- 9 mm thickness: Minimum Service Temperature (ºC): -40 ºC; Maximum Service Temperature (ºC): +120 ºC; Steam cleanable: Fully
Ucrete CS20AS is a 6mm system and complies with the requirements of EN1081, EN61340, DIN51953 and BS5958.
Colours: Red, green, blue, grey, orange, yellow, cream, bright yellow, green/brown, light grey, light blue, light green.
