The extra heavy-duty built-in grille with adjustable blades is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm is available on request. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

The minimum achievable height depends on the selected control type. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 429. On request, the frame flange can be provided with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting. Controls Available control mechanisms include manual control (427/1), cable control (427/2), Ultraflex control (427/3), motor control 230–24V or fire-motor 24V (427/4), and pneumatic control (427/5).
