    Specifikation
    • Areas of application:

Flat facades for all types of buildings, especially commercial and collective housing building.

Suitable for new constructions and renovations.

      Support and fixing:

Mozaik is installed horizontally on a wall-mounted framework made up of aluminium omega or T rails fixed on to the brickwork using adjustable brackets adapted to the thickness of the insulation. The substructure rails are installed vertically or horizontally with a centre distance of 450 mm, 600 mm or 900 mm.

Mozaik is fixed using ø5.5 mm self-drilling screws adapted to the substructure or with a ø5 mm rivet with a ø14 mm wide flange.

Rivets are recommended for fixing Mozaik relief. Rails, screws or rivet are not supplied.

      Accessoires

Une gamme d’accessoires standard a été spécialement développée pour les finitions : angles, pied de bardage, entourages de baie, etc.

      Weather conditions: All regions wind

The choice by a professional of a VMZINC product adapted to the environment of a building must integrate the possible constraints of use according to the aspect of surface considered. Each aspect of zinc surface can evolve in time differently depending on the type of environment (seaside, high UV exposure, snow, etc.) and according to the applications (cover, facade, rain evacuation).

The use of the chosen aspect may not be suitable for certain applications in the context of very aggressive environmental constraints. It is recommended, if necessary, to consult VM Building Solutions for further information.
