Door panels:
545 mm deep, 42 mm thick process laminated steel panels with internal steel bands positioned to ensure proper fixation of hinges and roller brackets throughout the products life span. CFC free insulation giving an optimum panel u value of 0.4 W/m² K
Panel design incorporates an external diamond profile steel skin for additional strength and aesthetic appearance with glossy finnish at the section joints. Bottom profile equipped with oil resistant EPDM triple lip rubber seal to mimimize leakage.

Door operated via a flush 3 push button system with single impulse, up and down operation and stop and pneumatic return safety edge interface. Control panel to incorporate a maintenance interval indicator, cycle counter and on board diagnostics and with a stand by power consumption of less than 16W. Control panel facilitating incorporation of dock leveler and shelter operation.
