ARDEX W 820 SUPERFINISH is non-combustible- A1 in accordance with EN 13501, conforms to EN 13963: 2014 Jointing Material for Gypsum Boards, and EN 13279-1 Gypsum binders and gypsum plasters. Roller, spray or trowel apply for fast track installation Can be used to create decorative designs Extended pot life, ideal for larger areas Receive finishes in as little as 5 hours Can be applied from a feather edge to 20mm in a single application Ideal for smoothing joints and plastering a variety of surfaces such as render, concrete, plasterboard, construction boards Easy to apply and sand Slump free

Mixing ratio approx. 11-16 litres of water to 25kg powder (dependent on application method) Following data based on mixing ratio of 1 part water: 2 parts powder: Bulk density approx. 1.1kg/litre Mortar weight when freshly mixed approx. 1.45kg/litre Material requirement approx: 1.0kg powder per m² per mm 11- 12.5 litres of water 0.9kg powder per m² per mm 15-16 litres of water Working time at (20°C) approx. 3 hours COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH after 28 days: approx. 4 N/mm² TENSILE BENDING STRENGTH after 28 days: approx. 2 N/mm² pH value Approx. 7
