ARDEX ADHESIVE 4X4 - Adhesive in thin layer for ceramic coverings

Powder with gray or white cement, fillers, synthetic resins and selected additives. Mixing with water results in a mild mortar that hardens by hydration and drying. It is waterproof and resistant to the elements in a few days. It adheres perfectly to the usual supports in construction, such as concrete, cement masters, anhydrite masters, plasters, plaster, masonry and similar supports, creating a firm adhesion between the different construction materials

Mixing ratio: Approx. 8 l of water: 25 kg of powder (equivalent to 1 vol of water: 2 1/2 vol of powder) Density: 1.3 kg / l Density of the fresh mortar: 1.5 kg / l Performance: On smooth supports: Approx. 1.14 kg / m2 / mm Workability (20 ° C): Approx. 5 hours. Setting time (20 ° C): (open time) Approx. 30 minutes (measured with fresh mortar). Adjustment time (20ºC): Approx. 15-20 minutes.
