The thermostatic head is used for regulating the room temperature. The sitting head is equipped with a sensitive element containing a fluid with a given coefficient of expansion. The variation of volume in the sensitive element determines the amplitude of a piston which operates the shutter road on the valve. The temperature at which the valve operatesi s regulated by the sitting head.
