    FAAC J355 F M30 Fixed bollard

FAAC J355 F M30 bollard has successfully passed the ASTM F 2656-07 simulation testing. FAAC J355 F M30 bollard is therefore suitable for the permanent protection of sensitive areas perimeters, alone or in combination with retractable (HA) models. J355 F M30 main features are: 1. Compliant with ASTM F 2656-07 2. Power supply and wiring not requested 3. Shallow mount concept: just 350mm excavation depth required 4. Modular underground structure: to facilitate the laying and increase the overall crash resistance in multiple installation 5. Guarantees aesthetic coherency in multiple installations together with retractable bollards.
    Specification
    • Static HIGH SECURITY shallow mounted bollards J355 F M30, tested in accordance to ASTM F2656-07 M30 standard (“Standard Test Method for Vehicle Crash Testing of Perimeter Barriers”), via software 3D simulation. APPLICATIONS: Sensitive areas, like: military sites, airports, embassies, consulates, banks, marine zones, prisons, sensitive industrial sites or wherever is required an high security level in terms of perimeter protection. PRODUCT FEATURES: The blocking element is represented by a S355JR EN 10210 steel cylinder height 1000mm off ground, diameter 355mm, thickness 16mm, with built-in reinforcement disks and surface anti-corrosive treatment in cataphoresis and polyester powder painted, or with additional jacket AISI 316L satin stainless steel. The support structure displays fixing plates welded on the underground portion of the cylinder. 3 supplied beams made of S235JR (UNI EN 10027-1) have to be mounted on the fixing plates, employing the supplied 10.9 (UNI EN 20898) screws and bolts. The bollard has to be placed in a shallow foundation –“Shallow Mounted” concept- realized as described in the installation manual, reinforced by employing ≥Ø12mm Class B450C iron bars, in compliance with ASTM A615 - Grade 60 and then filled with Class C25/30 concrete 10-30 (UNI EN 12620) To guarantee the maximum resistance of the bollard, the cylinder has to be filled with the same type of concrete. This Bollard is designed to stop a vehicle weighing 6.800 Kg, running at 50Km/hour and having capability to adsorb at least an energy of 656.000Joules and a max penetration range of P1 (≤1m) as defined in accordance to ASTM F2656-07 standards. The above performance are obtained in 2 units installations, as described in the installation manual. Cylinder above ground is visible on all environment conditions, having a reflecting strip at least at 55mm height all around the cylinder itself, as well as LED lights –electric feeder not supplied-. OPTIONS: The cylinder finishing can be: -Cataphoresis and polyester powder painted Dark grey metallised -Stainless steel satin finishing ACCESSORIES: A ground plate can be added to obtain a perfect aesthetic coherency with the automatic (HA) version.
