    Electric cable connection kit NF C15-100

    The NEXANS EV NETWORK (Electric Vehicle) solution has been specially designed to supply Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructures (EVCI) in covered car parks. Its design allows a quick connection of charging stations through branch cables.

    The NEXANS EV-NETWORK solution provides several advantages compared to the individual cabling of each charging station:

    • modularity and scalability of the installation,
    • space-saving in the switchboard, in cable trays, core drilling
    • cost-effective, with reduced cable length and easiest maintenance

    Cables comply with the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation “CPR (EU) n° 305/2011” with an improved fire performance class: Cca - s1, d1, a1. They are fire retardant and low fire hazard cables, with low smoke and reduced emissions of toxic and corrosive gasses (LS0H).

      The NEXANS EV-NETWORK connection kit NF C15-100 is made of:

      Branch cables to connect, simultaneously or later, the charging stations to the BUS cable via dedicated connectors - FRN1X1G1 AR ou FRN1X1G1 type of cables >= 16mm² Cu or >=25mm² Al for 7,4 kW et 22 kW.

      • 2 single core cables - 25 mm² (mono)
      • 3 single core cables - 25 mm² (tri)

      Connectors
      : These connectors are used in installations serving electric vehicle charging infrastructures installed in car parks to connect individual branches to the collective horizontal conduit in the car park. Phase, neutral and PE connector + terminal insulation of the branch

      Terminations
      : these kits are used to connect the end of the main cable. They provide a protection type class II and consist of 5 cold-shrink caps (4 for the conductors and 1 covering the whole assembly to provide double insulation). A strip of mastic provides a perfect seal.
