The extreme water-resistant built-in grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. The grille is equipped with an integrated water channel as standard for optimal drainage.

The grille is equipped with an integrated water channel as standard for optimal drainage. Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm, the built-in depth is 159 mm and the frame flange measures 38 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 200 × 225 mm. The preferred height is a multiple of 50 mm plus 225 mm. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 1428. For grilles wider than 2395 mm, a supporting reinforcement structure must be provided. On request, the frame flange can be supplied with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting. Options Available options include a version without flange and a frame grille on request. Typical applications This type of built-in grille is used in data centers, power plants, emergency power facilities and various IT applications. It can be combined with blade type ST-050-W.
