Bituminous Joist Protection Tape for Decking

The bituminous joist protection tape protects the timber and/or metal structural joists that support the deck against damp and rainwater runoff. It also extends the life of the finished deck. This strip also wraps over the edges of the joist upper surface to provide an effective covering in accordance with French building regulation DTU 51.4.

Specification

1. Complies with French building regulation DTU 51.4.
2. Makes the structure water resistant.
3. Joist protection strip to be applied to the top face of the joist in accordance with French building regulation DTU 51.4.
4. Quick and easy to apply.
