Models have been designed to fit the same supply/return foot print as units from the past 50+ years, thus no need to cut new supply/return air openings when replacing existing units.
Optional features allows each user customize unit selections to meet specification installation requirements. Electric heat options range from no electric heat up to 20kw on some models. Ventilation options are internal to the unit and allow end users to meet Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) on a room-by-room basis while meeting ASHREA 62.1 ventilation standards with low leakage design. Active hot gas dehumidification models are available to ensure humidity limiting in the most energy efficient method possible while maintaining occupant comfort.
