Gaspex - Intermediate Tee joint with female branching
Emmeti Gaspex press-fittings are designed to be installed using the radial compression tecnique. Ths type of joint has seen increasing success in the field of hydrothermal instrallations and due to its simplicity and rapid assembly, together with its guaranteed increased level of safety, it is now also used for external gas supply installations. The pincer, which is specific to every individual fitting diameter, compresses a stainless steel bush which locks the pipe on to the core of the fitting. This results is a joint featuring excellent stability and durability. Tightness is ensured by the special profile of the coupling and by the double O-ring.
The press fittings of the Gaspex system comply with the standards: UNI 11344; ISO 17484; AS 4176.8; ISO 18225; UNI 7129-1; UNI 11528 and AS 5601.1.
