The structure will consist of a main beam supported on technical side panels or cabinets, with the capacity to house connections and wiring.

The work surface will be compact phenolic resin with 18 mm thickness. The operator must have a personal connectivity area on the work surface, with a configurable space for power, data, and other connectors, accessible through a pivoting cover.

For the installation of the monitors, a fixing system for articulated arms shall be included to allow free positioning of the arm.

    TECHNICAL ASPECTS

    BEAM:

The structural beam must be made of steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 2.5mm to guarantee its strength.

Its construction must allow beam lengths of up to 2600 mm (*3 operators per beam).

The beam must have a double side opening (front and rear) by means of pivoting hinged aluminum covers with position control. These covers must be made of an aluminum profile in alloy 6060/6063 with a minimum profile thickness of 2.5mm.

Floating Operating Area. The console must provide to the operator with a safe and a healthy environment, free of vibration, thanks to the isolated work surface through Iso Block spacers made of Polyamide (PA6), a non-conductive material with a degree of damping.

Cabinets must be manufactured with an extruded aluminum profile 6060/6063 series with a minimum profile thickness of 2.7mm.

Pivot doors must incorporate hinges with a movement retention system and must be adjustable in 3 dimensions, which guarantee a soft and silent door closing.

    SURFACE:

The work surface must be manufactured and machined in compact high-pressure phenolic resin board, bilaminate with a thickness of at least 18 mm whose surface will be anti-reflective and anti-scratch, beveled and rounded at all its contact points, to avoid microtrauma.

    WIRAIL:

All the consoles will integrate a WiRail ExtraFlat-type ergonomic arms management system that will allow the positioning of the ergonomic arms in any longitudinal position of the console without the need for milling nor drilling on the work surface.

The system must be very low profile and should be completely embedded in the work surface. It must be made using aluminum profiles with a minimum thickness of 3mm to guarantee its resistance.

    SIDE NEXUS GATE:

The side panel must be made of steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 2mm and an aluminum profile in alloy 6060/6063 with a minimum thickness of 2.5mm.

The side panel must have double access to the technical areas, interior and exterior through two accessible covers.

The possibility of customizing the side cover with an integrated backlighted logo or corporate vinyl must be available.
