The structural assembly is modular and adaptable, and permit guarantee the existence of a wide range of solutions to meet different needs, such as individual consoles, linear configurations formed by several modules, curved configurations (concave and convex) and individual modules with the Sit&Stand system and conference tables. In this way, possible future adaptations of the furniture are guaranteed according to the evolution of the needs of the Control Room.
The Technical furniture for the Control Center will be from the Advantis POD range of GESAB's brand or equivalent. It shall be designed specifically for critical environments 24/7, with high ergonomic and durability requirements. It must allow easy maintenance and management of the wiring without affecting the workstation's operability.
The structure will be composed by side pieces and technical compartments, with capacity to arrange connections and wiring.
The work surface shall be made of CDF (Compact Density Fiberboard). The operator must have a Personal Area on the work surface, with space for power, voice and data connectors of free configuration, accessible by pivot cover.
For the installation of the screens, a fixing system for articulated arms will be included, which allows the free positioning of the arm.
The self-supporting technical compartments must be manufactured in CDF (Compact Density Fiberboard) of 12.4mm with pivoting opening doors with possibility of rear or front access.
The technical compartments must be modular and selfsupporting,so as to allow the design of multiple lengths (up to 4 in a row without intermediate sides) and distributions.
The doors shall include a set of hinges with clamping and opening without handles with pressure system. The technical compartments will integrate a double system of wiring trays to isolate data energy, with a separation of up to 50cm.
All technical compartments shall integrate multiple passive ventilation zones to ensure adequate airflow between the outside and inside of the compartment.
The envelope's union with the structure must be by plates with ventilation in steel plate of 2mm thickness.
The technical compartments must have the possibility of integrate accessories for the installation and management of equipment such as removable trays, 19" adapters, wiring pipes and configurable connection zones.
The work surface must be made of CDF (Compact Density Fibreboard) with a thickness of 16.5mm. With a black core of compact fibers linked with water-proof resins and an outer high resistance multilayer laminate.
The work surfaces will include a configurable personal connection area, with a flush lid with the surface and a fall restraint system. All work surfaces shall integrate a LED safety system in the corners to ensure safety in the control rooms.
All consoles will integrate an ergonomic arm management system type WiRail ExtraFlat, that Will allow the positioning of the ergonomic arms in any longitudinal position of the console without the need for machining on the work surface.
The system's profile should be very low. It may not protrude more than 13mm from the work surface.
It must be manufactured by aluminum profiles with a minimum thickness of 3mm to guarantee its resistance.
LATERAL NEXUS GATE:
The frame must have the function of stabilize the side pieces and will be made of 100% aluminum. Alloy 6060/6063 aluminium extrusion parts shall have a minimum thickness of 2,5mm and will be attached to the corner pieces, which shall be made of cast aluminium, ensuring máximum structural rigidity and durability.
The column will be made of a single piece welded in a steel plate of thickness 2mm, cold rolled according to standard UNE EN10130: 1999 and must have the quality certificate UNE EN 10024: 2006.
The side pieces must consider the possibility of conversion in the future into Sit & Stand lifting models without modifying their design or measures.

Both national (EU) design and manufacture must be guaranteed. With leading suppliers in each sector to guarantee the highest quality standards and an exhaustive internal control throughout the process from design to assembly.
CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
The company that will manufacture the product must be certified by an accredited body in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in order to guarantee the highest standards in quality, environmental management and health and safety.
The warranty period of the products shall be extended for a period of at least TEN YEARS against manufacturing defects, excepting accessories, components and mechanical, electrical and electronic elements that the system or product incorporates, whose warranty period shall be at least two years.
HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS
The console must be certified with UNE-EN 527 standard by an accredited external company.
A certificate shall be submitted with the Project documentation.
It shall also comply with the guidelines of UNE-EN ISO 11064: ERGONOMIC DESIGN OF CONTROL CENTRES.
SOFTWARE AND FORMATS
Furniture must have 3D families in REVIT (.rfa) and 3D STUDIO MAX (.fbx and .max) formats, for its integration in the technical documentation of the project.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
The ability to repair and replace any part, as well as quality and durability are effective ecodesign strategies. The use of materials with high recyclability and the use of materials with a high percentage of already recycled material shall be ensured.
The repairability and replaceability of all components of the consoles shall be guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.
The manufacturer shall certify 80% already recycled aluminium in all extruded and cast aluminium parts and 70% in steel parts.
The GREENGUARD FOR LOW CHEMICAL EMISSIONS UL 2818-2013 Standard for Chemical Emissions for Building Materials, Finishes and
Furnishings certificate will be presented.
This certificate ensures that the products used in the manufacture of the console meet strict emission limits for particulate matter and chemicals harmful to the human body, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure, while contributing to healthier indoor environments.
