Steel modular construction

In modular steel construction, buildings are assembled from prefabricated modules. The supporting structure of each room unit consists of high-strength steel profiles, ensuring project-specific structural integrity and stability. It is a self-supporting, welded, three-dimensional steel frame with flexible corners – without load-bearing walls. This allows for maximum flexibility in future floor plan modifications.

Specification
  • A module can be up to 20 m long and up to approximately 4 m high. Industrial prefabrication is carried out with millimeter precision according to the detailed design. Furthermore, the steel structure offers high stability and durability, which, among other things, ensures earthquake resistance – required in some regions – and allows for future relocation.
