MasterProtect 330 EL: Concrete protection against carbonation. Coating: MasterProtect 330 EL, elastic coating based on waterborne dispersion polymers for concrete protection. It can be also used as decorative finishing on masonry or cement plaster.

  • Application of single component, ready to use, flexible, water based anti-carbonation coating based on acrylic polymers, MasterProtect 330EL from Master Builders Solutions (or similar / analogous). To apply the product spray equipment or roller will be used with a minimum approximate thickness of 0,3 mm

    Minimum properties of the product:

    Adhesion to Concrete by Pull-off (EN 1542): ≥ 0.8 N/mm2
    Adhesion to Concrete by Pull-off after thermal compatibility for outside application with de-icing salt Influence (EN 13687-1,2,3): ≥ 0.8 N/mm2
    Crack – bridging ability (EN 1062-7): A2 (-15 ºC); B2 (+23ºC)
    Water Vapour Permeability (EN ISO 7783-1,2): Class I
    Permeability to CO2 (EN 1062-6): SD ≥ 50m
    Capillary absorption and permeability to water (EN 1062-3): w ≤ 0.1 kg/m2/h0.5
    Artificial weathering (EN 1062-11): Pass
    Dangerous substances (EN 1504-2): Complies with 5.3
