System ML-59HF Louvres
Application: The ML-59HF louvre system by Morad is designed for technical applications requiring high airflow. These louvres are used in air intakes and outlets, chimneys, air conditioning unit enclosures, and as infill for technical windows or doors. Thanks to their high free area and low flow resistance, the ML-59HF system meets the stringent requirements of modern ventilation systems.
Construction and technical parameters:
Louvre shape: "Z"-shaped profile
Louvre spacing: 59 mm
Free area: 77%
Visual cross-section: 91%
Profile length: Standard 6000 mm, customizable on order
The system construction is based on extruded aluminium profiles forming a frame with horizontal aluminium blades placed inside at equal intervals of 59 mm. This solution ensures optimal airflow with minimal resistance.
Mounting: The ML-59HF system allows mounting by direct screwing through the frame or using fixing anchors. Louvres can be installed both vertically and horizontally, depending on project requirements. On customer request, grilles can be equipped with a stainless steel insect mesh or supplied without it.
Colours: Aluminium profiles available in raw finish or powder-coated in any colour from the RAL palette, allowing the system to match the building's aesthetics.
Application in construction: The ML-59HF system is an ideal solution for industrial, commercial and public buildings, where effective ventilation combined with modern design is key. Thanks to high-quality materials and precise workmanship, this system ensures durability, functionality and an aesthetic appearance.
