Solution for low energy constructions

Concept System® 104 includes a high performance door system, to offer the most insulating aluminium door system available. Its exceptional high insulation level, combined with an extremely good water- and air tightness, allowed the flush door with an insulating panel to pass all tests for achieving a Passive House component certificate. This flush door system is therefore perfectly suited for passive house or low energy constructions.

The extreme insulation levels are achieved by a patented technology, in which insulation strips with increased stability are combined with a special foam in a way that no extra manipulation is needed during the production of the window elements. This guarantees a constant quality of the assembled element.

The high performance levels with regard to water- and air tightness make the CS 104 flush door system perfect for extreme environments as in coastal areas and high altitudes. Furthermore, this system can comply with burglar resistance class 2, offering a safe and secure solution.
