- Angle Upright Post: 14 gauge steel, angle formation 1-15/32” x 1-15/32”, 1-1/2" centers with keyhole slots.
- “T” Upright Post: 16 gauge steel, “T” formation, dimensions 3-11/32” x 1-15/16”, 1-1/2” centers with keyhole slots.
Beams and Supports
- Double Rivet Beam: 14 gauge steel, angle formation, 2-3/4” and 1” legs, two shoulder rivets on each end.
- Low Profile Double Rivet Shelf Support: 14 gauge steel (normal), 11 gauge steel (heavy), 1-1/8” channel depth.
- Front to Back Shelf Deck Support: 14 gauge steel, fits between double rivet beams for intermediate support.
Shelf Decking Options
- Particle Board Decking: 5/8” medium density, industrial grade, no nuts or bolts required.
- Metal Shelf Decking: 375-pound capacity, 22-gauge steel, welded “BOX” with 1-5/16” profile.
- Circle Perforated Metal Shelf Decking: 375-pound capacity, 22-gauge steel, 50% open pattern, 1-5/16” profile.
- Wire Grid Shelf Decking: 1/4” powder-coated steel, 2” x 4” mesh pattern, average 150-pound capacity.
- White Melamine Laminate Decking: 5/8" medium density, industrial grade particle board finished on all sides with high-pressure melamine laminate.
Finish
- All steel parts are cleaned in a multistage washer with a phosphate coating.
- Industrial enamels applied with electrostatic spraying, withstands 250 hours salt spray.
