    URSA XPS NIII - EI IT

    URSA XPS extruded polystyrene products are excellent thermal insulators with many advantages. Their closed cell structure allows for very low thermal conductivity and high levels of thermal insulation. URSA XPS also has excellent mechanical properties, with a compressive strength of 300 kPa. This, combined with low water absorption, makes URSA XPS an excellent choice for thermal insulation of perimeter walls and interior walls.

    • URSA XPS NIII EI extruded polystyrene panel in compliance with EN 13164, smooth surfaces with leather, interlocking edges on long sides, straight on short sides, with the following characteristics: width 600 mm, length 2800 mm, thickness 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm; reaction to fire Euroclass E; thermal conductivity λD 0,035 W/mK and thermal resistance RD 0.90, 1.25, 1.55, 1.80, 2.30, 3.10 and 3.60 m2K/W for thickness 100 mm; short-term compressive strength (for 10% deformation) ≥ 300 kPa and long-term compressive strength (for 2% deformation, after 50 years) of 130 kPa; deformation under load and temperature (40 kPa-70°C) ≤ 5%; long-term water absorption percentage for total immersion (28 days) 0.2÷0.4%; water vapour resistance factor µ 50; average percentage value of closed cells ≥ 95 %; dimensional stability (70°C-90%UR) ≤ 5%; frost thaw cycle resistance <1%; use limit temperature -50/+75°C; tolerance on thickness -2/+3 mm; specific heat 1.450 J/(Kg K).
