Overview

This ventilated cladding system is made up of panels stapled together on a wooden support. The VMZINC® shingles can take different formats and aesthetics for a traditional or contemporary buildings: Square, rectangular, diamond shapes, smooth or ornamented and on demand forms.

Support and fixing:

The shingles are stapled together on a wooden support for facade and roof application (contact us).
They are installed on a continuous vented substrate on both renovation projects and new build alike.

Their implementation is done with joints in relief or flat joints, according to the technique of laying with stone joints, aligned joints or staggered joints. Can be installed horizontally and vertically.

    Special conditions:

    The choice by a professional of a VMZINC product adapted to the environment of a building must integrate the possible constraints of use according to the aspect of surface considered. Each aspect of zinc surface can envolve in time differently depending on the type of environment (seaside, high UV exposure, snow, etc.) and according to the applications (cover, facade, rain evacuation).

    The use of the chosen aspect may not be suitable for certain applications in the context of very aggressive environmental constraints. It is recommended, if necessary, to consult VM Building Solutions for further informations.
