BIS Heavy Duty Clamp HD500 (1/2″) (BUP1000)

Metal industrial clamps for fixing of metal pipe: RAL-GZ certified unlined heavy-duty pipe clamp G1/2". Two-part clamp with two locking bolts secured with anti-loss washer. Locking nut is captive, hidden in plastic holder (up to and including 5"). Heavy design with CO2 welded connection nut.

Specification
    • Surface treatment: part of the BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system; suitable for in- and outdoor applications; stands min. 1,000 hours salt spray test (max. 5% red rust) according to ISO 9227.

    • Lining: silicone rubber (reddish brown), heat resistant up to +200°C (A 35 15) also available.

    • Quality mark: tested for fire safety.

    • Approval: RAL-GZ 655; RAL-GZ 656.

    • Connection size (G): G1/2".

    • Max. allowed load (Fz): 2,100N (Ø15-19mm to Ø66-71mm); 4,000N (Ø72-78mm to Ø148-154mm); 8,200N (Ø159-169mm to Ø267-279mm); 12,000N (Ø279-289mm to Ø499-509mm).
