Meet our Founders

Sven Erni & Jeffrey Ibañez

Combining their deep expertise in corporate workspace design and architecture, founders Sven Erni and Jeffrey Ibañez established Impact Acoustic in 2019 to challenge the status quo of the building industry. They share the conviction that exceptional design and ecological responsibility must go hand in hand, recognising an urgent need to rethink not just products but entire life cycles.

Our Vision

To eliminate waste and unwanted noise from the built environment by creating circular acoustic systems designed for every life cycle to come. We envision a future where acoustic materials are no longer disposable products, but valuable resources that remain in continuous use. A future where design, performance and true circularity work together to create healthier, more inspiring spaces for people and the planet.

Our mission

We develop circular systems that combine Swiss Engineered material innovation, digital manufacturing and exceptional service. Our systems are designed to be installed, disassembled and returned. Through advanced materials, Computational Design, automated processes and hospitality-level project support, we create better outcomes throughout the entire life cycle of a building.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to prove that high-performance design, exceptional service and true circularity can work together to create a better future. We challenge the traditional building industry by replacing wasteful linear systems with circular solutions designed for long-term value, transparency and responsible stewardship of resources.
