Expanded clay blocks for high fire resistance walls.
From 8 to 30 cm thick, are divided into two groups of products depending on their mix design:
• Plastering Blocks: elements characterized by a very light concrete (reference density 800 ÷ 1,500 kg / m3) that require traditional plastering for surface finishing;
• Facing Blocks: elements characterized by a concrete density not exceeding 1600 kg / m3, have a finished surface, which does not require plaster or other.

The Revit file features the different types of Lecablocco for fire-resistant walls:
• Lecablocco Tagliafuoco Facciavista;
• Lecablocco Tagliafuoco da intonaco;
• Lecablocco Tramezza Lecalite.

The Lecablocco Tagliafuoco walls, facing or plastered, have the best certified fire resistance performance.
Several tests carried out in 40 years of experimentationat the most qualified Italian laboratories demonstrated the excellent performance that is also confirmed by the tables of the Italian decree 16/2/2007 concerning lightweight concrete blocks (Lecablocco) compared to those in heavy concrete, in brick, or other solutions (Annex D of DM 16/2/2007).

Thanks to the presence of special pieces, Lecablocco Tagliafuoco allow to create high "reinforced masonry", with horizontal and vertical stiffeners, for prefabricated buildings.
The system combines the most suitable construction techniques for the assembly of high walls with the fire resistance performance of Lecablocco.
