Chief Fusion® Flat Panel Ceiling Mount

The Chief Fusion® Flat Panel Ceiling Mount suspends a display from an overhead structure using the same Fusion interface shared across Chief’s wall and ceiling mount families. The ceiling plate itself and the extension column between the ceiling plate and the display head are ordered separately from the display interface, which lets an installer configure the drop length and finish to match the specific site. The system works with both traditional 1.5 in NPT threaded poles for retrofit or third-party columns and Chief’s newer CPA pinned ceiling-plate/column system, and CPA columns can be stacked to support multiple displays on a single overhead structure.

The mount head provides continuous tilt with four discrete locking positions, giving an installer a tilt range of roughly +/-5° on some models and up to +5°/-20° on others, along with about 3° of roll adjustment to correct for a ceiling or structure that is slightly out of level. VESA compatibility spans from 200 x 100 mm up to 616 x 800 mm depending on the specific display head selected, and mounts are available in both landscape and portrait orientation, finished in black or silver to suit the space.

Individual models in the Fusion Ceiling line typically support displays from roughly 32 in up to 86 in (813–2184 mm) with a weight capacity around 125 lb (56.7 kg). Select SKUs carry TAA compliance, and the line is UL Listed. Because the display head, extension column, and ceiling plate are modular and sold as separate components, the system can be adapted to a wide range of ceiling heights and structural conditions without changing the core mounting hardware.

The Fusion Ceiling Mount is most commonly specified where a display needs to hang in open space rather than attach to a wall — retail and reception area signage, corporate lobbies, transportation hubs, hospitality venues, and general overhead digital signage installations where sightlines are best served by a suspended display.
