Waterproofing system based on a two component epoxy waterproofing membrane approved for contact with potable water, vegetable oil and solid foodstuff according EU Regulation 10/2011. Primer: According to substrate. Specification
  • Application of 2 coats with minimum total thickness of 0,4 mm of two-component epoxy waterproof and protective coating MasterSeal M 391 from Master Builders Solutions (or similar / analogous). The membrane will comply with requirements according to Regulation EU 10/2011 for products intended to come into contact with foodstuff and with the limit and restriction of the CE Regulation 1935/2004 about NOGE, and BADGE (epoxy derivatives). The membrane will be approved for contact with potable water according the Drinking Water Directive (Council Directive 98/83/EC of 3.11.1998 ). Physical properties of the product: Impermeability to water under pressure (+ side): ≥ 5 bar Impermeability to water under pressure (- side): ≥ 3 bar Capillary water absorption (EN 1062-3): max. 0.1 kg/m²/h0.5 Permeability to water vapour (EN ISO 7783-1, EN ISO 7783-2): Sd > 50 m (0,4 mm thickness) Permeability to carbon dioxide (EN 1062-6): Sd > 50 m (0,4 mm thickness) Abrasion resistance (EN ISO 5470-1): max. 100 mg Impact resistance (EN ISO 6271-1): ≥ 10 Nm Adhesion to concrete (EN 1542): ≥ 3 N/mm2 Adhesion to concrete after freeze-thaw cycling (EN 13687-1): ≥ 3 N/mm2
