• Application of one coat with minimum total minimum thickness of 2 mm of two-component, 100% solid content, hybrid polyurea waterproof membrane MasterSeal M 813 from Master Builders Solutions (or analogous). To apply the product, a two component heated, high pressure, proportioning spray equipment will be used. The system includes the application of primer according substrate and topcoat. Physical properties of the complete system: Capillary water absorption (EN 1062-3): max. 0.01 kg/m² · h0.5 Permeability to water vapour (EN ISO 7783-1; EN ISO 7783-2): Sd = 5 Permeability to carbon dioxide (EN 1062-6): Sd min. 2000 Crack bridging (EN 1062-7 A- Static): A5 (+23ºC) Impact resistance (EN ISO 6271-1): min. 4 Nm Resistance to spreading fire and radiant heat (EN 13501 part 5): BRoof (t2) on bituminous substrates
