Design: Dock leveller with torsional flexibility, platform with reinforcement profiles at the bottom side, electrohydraulic system with 2 main cylinders, welded steel frame Insulation panels, 50 mm thick, directly below the platform and lip, panel under lip moves when extending. Vertical and horizontal gap sealing, brush seals, seals made of tarpaulin material. Panel under platform: • Flush with the dock leveller at the front (for door guide on dock leveller) - Protruding 160 mm (for door guide in front of the dock leveller) • Carrying capacity: Rated load 60 kN acc. to EN 1398 Note: Restriction of total weight of industrial trucks with PU/Vulkollan rollers recommended to prevent lane grooves in the platform: For reach lift trucks max. 4 t, for industrial trucks max. 6 t.
