Work surfaces are 14 or 16 gauge stainless steel, type 304 or 316. Other gauges and types of stainless steel available to meet the function and chemical resistant demands of highly specialized labs. Standard front edge is either Square or Box Marine. Both L-shaped and U-shaped tops are available per your drawings. Corners are mitered and factory welded.

The Southwest Solutions Group casework line is designed to be highly flexible and adaptable with every Revit model built to reflect its real world counterpart. Once loaded, each model has a variety of parameters which allow you to easily manipulate and customize various aspects of the casework design without ever needing to load a type catalog ever again.System Overview Custom applications comprised of specially fabricated, stainless steel equipment or pre-fab modular components, or a combination of both, work their way quickly through a simple yet sophisticated design, approval and fabrication process. Equipment built to your exact specifications, pre-wired and pre-plumbed (if applicable), is shipped with shorter lead times and at a lower overall cost.

- Standard packaging is wood reinforced cardboard and is included in the cost
- Maximum size without field joint provisions fits 101”H x 96”W trailers for ground shipment

Countertops
- Countertops have galvanized steel reinforcing hat channels
- Sound deadening tape is factory-installed
- Top support options include NSF-listed sprayed latex sound deadening and marine grade plywood backing with white laminate facing
- Standard front edge Square or Box Marine, unless otherwise specified
- Standard height of back and end splashes is 4 ½”, unless otherwise specified
