Our ongoing test program has led us to develop products that many other door companies do not actually manufacture themselves such as 38mm FD30 doors, 46mm FD60 doors, FD30 X Ray doors, FD30 & FD60 Yeoman Shield clad doorsets, FD90 doorsets and FD120 doorsets and we have already successfully tested many of our designs to the new European Standard BS EN 1634 Part 1 which is agreed by experts to be more onerous than the current British Standard BS 476 Part 22 for fire testing.

The vast majority of our fire doors are based on our timber perimeter framed high density flaxboard core construction, a strong and sturdy door without the inherent problems associated with unframed GDC chipboard blanks, very popular among architects and other specifiers for use wherever doors of better than average strength and durability are required such as hospitals, universities and schools.
