Wall-hung boiler VICTRIX PRO 80 V2 EU

High-power, wall-hung condensing boiler for heating only. Designed for professional plant rooms, it guarantees high performance with reduced consumption thanks to a wide modulation range up to 1:5 for VICTRIX PRO 150 V2 EU. Compact and linear design featuring a vertical sliding door to protect the electronic control panel. Suitable for floor-standing installations using a specific modular support frame for self-supporting configurations. The standard control electronics allow the management of cascade systems up to 5 boilers, utilizing advanced thermoregulation logic for maximum system flexibility. IPX5D electrical protection rating and standard anti-freeze kit down to -5 °C for outdoor installations, even in unsheltered areas via a dedicated cabinet. The engineering of VICTRIX PRO V2 drastically reduces environmental impact, positioning it in the prestigious eco-friendly Class 6, the highest category for limiting polluting emissions. The new VICTRIX PRO V2 can operate with natural gas, LPG, and hydrogen blends up to 20%.

Specifikáció

Wall-hung, room-sealed, fan-assisted premix condensing modules, featuring high efficiency and forced circulation with variable heat outputs. The generators are certified for installation both in plant rooms and outdoors (with specific protection for unsheltered installations), and can be used in either room-sealed fan-assisted or open-flue fan-assisted configurations. The module consists of: • a total premix combustion system with a cylindrical multigas steel burner, complete with ignition electrodes and an ionization control electrode; • a primary gas/water heat exchanger with a composite casing, including an air vent valve and an internal stainless steel coil; • a stainless steel combustion chamber internally insulated with ceramic panels; • an electronically variable-speed flue gas exhaust fan and a flue gas probe; • a condensate disposal circuit including a siphon and a flexible drain pipe; • a hydraulic group consisting of a flow manifold, a primary circuit pressure transducer, and a low-consumption modulating circulation pump; • a 4-bar system safety valve and a standard discharge funnel; • an overtemperature water safety thermostat; • an electronic board with continuous flame modulation, 1:10 modulation range; • a system flow and return regulation probe, heating flow temperature from 20 to 85 °C; • an IPX5D electrical protection rating, with the possibility of outdoor installation under an additional cover (unsheltered); • standard anti-freeze protection down to -5 °C (-15 °C with a specific optional kit); • pre-arrangement for cascade operation (up to 5 generators with a single safety kit); • possibility of installation using a free-standing support frame kit, suitable for installing one or more VICTRIX PRO V2 units; • possibility of installing the generator inside a cabinet suitable for unsheltered outdoor installation; • possibility of connecting to a remote system management system (optional), when paired with the cascade and zone controller; • compatible with the Ø 80 mm flexible chimney lining system (single installation).
