KAMÓN DINNER - Seating 1300x656

In the second year of her course at Konstfack, the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Moni Beuchel was given the task of designing a piece of furniture for a selected furniture manufacturer. After careful consideration she designed a sofa to suit Karl Andersson & Söner.

By chance, we got to see the model and contacted a pleasantly surprised Moni. After some adaptation, the result was Kamón Lounge (2001) easy chair, sofa and bench in different lengths. 16 years later, Kamon Dinner (2017) has now been developed.

Kamón Dinner is a sofa that offers a more upright sitting position and is suitable to use with tables ranging in height from 720-740 mm. Kamon Dinner is available as straight lengths, as inner or outer corners and in the dimensions 1300, 1950 and 2600 mm.The seat and back cushions are covered entirely in fabric or leather. The filling is cold foam. As there is a space between the seats, it is easy to keep them free of crumbs, as they fall onto the floor instead. If a seat cushion should be damaged in any way, it can simply be removed and sent to be re-covered.

Legs of solid wood in oak, ash, birch, standard colors, standard stains on ash and white glazed oak or ash. Special sizes and other finishes upon request.

Kamón Dinner also contains a link fittings or a straight linking table or a linkable corner table. You can also choose to add armrests, pop-up tables and an electric socket that can be placed close to the legs under the seat at the front of the sofa. Place Kamon Dinner in canteen, waiting areas, lobbies, corridor etc.
