U Profile | Special Hot Extruded Steel and Stainless Steel Channel is a structural U-shaped cross-section steel bar made by hot extrusion process.

The advantage of the hot extrusion process is that special shapes can be produced using the customer designed profile drawings. (We produce custom-made steel hollow and solid profiles)

Like all our products, it is available in a wide range of dimensions and qualities: stainless steel (304 / 304L, 316 / 316L, 316Ti, 321), carbon steel, superalloys and even titanium.

This kind of beam can be used for structural and mechanical applications when high mechanical characteristics are needed.

There is a large variety of different stainless steel channel sizes, which can be sourced throughout the world in both imperial and metric sizes.
