    The sWAVE POD Series is a high-performance radiant heating solution engineered specifically for high-demand industrial and commercial environments. Delivering up to 22.5 kW of radiant energy, the series is optimized for high-bay applications where conventional heating methods are inefficient or impractical.

    Utilizing Medium Wave infrared technology, the sWAVE POD provides deeper thermal penetration compared to standard short-wave "red-glow" alternatives. This allows heat to be absorbed more efficiently by both personnel and structural surfaces, providing superior comfort and consistent temperature maintenance without the harsh glare associated with lower-tier infrared systems.

    Engineering & Performance Specifications

    • Radiant Efficiency: Optimized reflectors ensure a 90% radiant efficiency rating, maximizing radiant output, optimizing energy consumption, and reducing operational costs.
    • High-Capacity Output: With a peak output of 22.5 kW, the sWAVE POD allows for wider unit spacing, which significantly reduces the total fixture count, simplifies electrical infrastructure, and lowers overall installation labor costs.
    • Modular Power Staging: To ensure precise energy management, the series features modular output staging in 7.5 kW increments, allowing the system to adapt to varying thermal loads.

    • BAS Integration: Built-in 24V control logic enables effortless integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or standard thermostats.
    • Control Configurations: Available in "C" models with integrated controls for standalone operation, or standard models for use with external control panels.
    • Electrical Versatility: All models are 3-phase and available in 15.0 kW and 22.5 kW configurations, supporting both 480V and 600V requirements.

    Industrial Build & Maintenance

    • Robust Construction: The unit features a rigid, stackable housing designed for the toughest industrial environments. The design enables safe, one-person installation, reducing on-site deployment time.
