ARDEX CL 312 - Universal Floor Leveller

ARDEX CL 312 is a one-part, fast setting, self-smoothing compound with built-in synthetic latex polymer. Suitable for preparing interior floors prior to laying sheet and tile soft floor coverings, natural stone and ceramic tiles. It can be used on a wide range of absorbent and non-absorbent floor surfaces including concrete, cement and sand screeds, terrazzo, asphalt, quarry tiles and old but sound adhesive residues. It can be laid at depths from a feather edge up to 5 mm and from 5 mm-20 mm with the addition of 3 mm granite chippings.
