Ultra flexible, elastomeric special formulation provides excellent and continuous bonding to freshly poured concrete. Its high-strength felt provides superior resistance to hydrostatic pressure, penetrating elements and heavy storage materials. STOPERproof eliminates the need for protection concrete.

FEATURES

Bitumen structure: High performance elastomeric membrane designed with a special formulation of bitumen modified with a high percentage of SBS and specific thermoplastic polymers.

Reinforcement for RAVAPROOF STOPERPROOF H 4,5MM DR: Ultra strong double reinforcement system consisting of a special polyester with a high-strength nonwoven polyester felt.

Reinforcement for RAVAPROOF STOPERPROOF H 4,5MM : High strength polyester carrier.

Reinforcement for RAVAPROOF STOPERPROOF H 3,5MM : High strength polyester carrier.

Top Surface: Special sand

Bottom Surface: PE film

Overlap allowance: 5cm self-adhesive + 5cm PE film

ADVANTAGES

• Due to the hydration heat generated during the curing of freshly poured concrete, its special formulation provides continuous, homogeneous and perfect bonding. It prevents air and water penetration.
• Any possible small leakage is blocked at the exact point and thus easy to correct by grouting.
• Superior resistance to hydrostatic pressure, tearing and impact.
• Superior resistance to penetrating elements, pedestrian traffic and heavy storage materials on the construction site.
• Together with the special formulation of the membrane, fine sand creates a protection layer. By this way, STOPERproof to work directly on the waterproofing system without requiring a protection concrete.
• As the concrete begins to cure, the hydration heat slightly softens the fine sandy surface, allowing the membrane to bond perfectly to the concrete.
• The membrane is free-laid on compacted soil or grout.
