ES Green Roof System Urbanscape

Urbanscape is an innovative, lightweight and easy to install system with high water retention capacity designed specifically for green roofs on residential, non-residential and industrial buildings in urban areas.

Urbanscape Green Roof is a complete system, which consists of a root membrane, a drainage system with or without buffer, a growing media - a unique patented rock mineral wool - and a vegetation layer. The irrigation system shall be provided depending on the local climate conditions. Urbanscape Green Roll is non-combsutible. Manufactured using innovatie "needle felt" technology, proiving excellent water absorption to allow even provision of water to roots for im`proved growing conditions. Urbanscape Green Roll can hold up to 3-4 times more water per its volume than other green roofs substrates, allowing loweer capacity drainage systems to be used. Urbanscape Green Roll is 8-10 times lighter than regular green roofs substrates, meaning the Urbanscape system can be installed onto lightweight conmstructions where traditional systems are otherwise not possible. The lighweight nature of Urbanscape ensures significantly lowe labor during installation. Por innovative Performance Evaluation Tool (PET) quantifies the water retentiom performance of the Urbanscape Green Roof system based on the geographic location, helping designers and urban planner to understand the real performance of the roof.
