BLOC-RUST® Premium Interior/Exterior Rust Preventative Metal Primer Red Oxide (Water Based)

BLOC-RUST® Premium Red Oxide is a waterborne-alkyd rust preventative metal primer that delivers the application performance and corrosion resistance of a traditional oil-based primer with the low odor, fast dry, and easy water cleanup of a modern waterborne coating. It bonds and protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals — except galvanized steel — across interior and exterior environments.

Field comparison testing shows BLOC-RUST® Premium outperforms leading regional and national waterborne rust inhibitive primers, with competing samples developing visible rust and corrosion while BLOC-RUST® remains intact. The classic red oxide pigment provides strong hide on raw and weathered metal and pairs well with both alkyd and latex topcoats. Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray.
