AC-77HI Single-Leaf Door With Transom Outward Opening

AC-77HI is an aluminum system designed for external constructions that require particularly high thermal insulation parameters. The system allows for the fabrication of windows and display cabinets, as well as sliding, folding, and automatic doors, and bent structures.

The system achieves excellent thermal insulation due to its increased profile depth: 85 mm for window sashes and 77 mm for other sections. The multi-chamber structure of thermal breaks enhances both thermal performance and profile rigidity. Additionally, the system features a multi-chamber sealing system with two-component EPDM gaskets, further improving insulation.

The profiles are extruded from EN AW-6060 aluminum alloy in accordance with PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimensional and shape tolerances comply with the PN-EN 12020-2:2001 standard.
