The Science Table collection offers versatile and durable options tailored for educational environments where chemical resistance is paramount. Three tabletop variants help distinguish these tables:

Lamiante Tops - Featuring a 1.125” thick particle board core with a high-pressure black chemical laminate surface. They are ideal for settings requiring a robust, general-use surface.
Phenolic Tops - At 0.75” thick, these tops are crafted from a black phenolic resin and cellulose fiber composite, offering high resistance to chemicals, humidity, and abrasions. They're perfect for laboratories where durability is crucial.
Epoxy Tops - The premium 1” epoxy resin tops boast superior physical and chemical resistance, as well as heat and flame resistance, making them suitable for advanced scientific workspaces.

Each table is constructed with a solid maple frame, ensuring a sturdy foundation. The addition of leg boots and levelers enhances stability on uneven surfaces. Optional book compartments provide storage solutions for educational materials. Construction
- Maple Frame: Constructed of solid maple with earth-friendly UV finish.
- Aprons: Solid maple, 13/16”D x 4 1/2”H with heavy-duty 13-gauge steel corner braces.
- Options available with 2 book compartments.
- Legs: Solid 2 1/4” maple legs with 5/16” hanger bolt, including leg boots and levelers.
- Assembly: Unassembled specifications, with nuts and washers supplied.
Table Tops
- Laminate Tops: 1 1/4” thick particle board core with phenolic backer sheet and high-pressure black chemical laminate. 1 1/2" rounded corners.
- Phenolic Tops: 3/4” thick black phenolic resin and cellulose fiber composite, high resistance to chemicals, humidity, and abrasions.
- Epoxy Tops: Optional 1” epoxy resin top with 1/8” beveled edge, providing maximum physical and chemical resistance, as well as heat and flame resistance.
