The frame grille with V-blades is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Dimensions The blade pitch is 20 mm and the flange width can be supplied in 24, 28 or 32 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 130 × 130 mm. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified as the overmeasure. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and is clamped into the frame. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh and a filter. Typical applications This grille is used as a frame-mounted solution where visibility protection and anti-intrusion performance are required.
