Urethane Mortar - TR400

High performance, polyurethane non-sag mortar

    UZIN TR 400 is a 2-component, high performance polyurethane thinset mortar with a creamy, non-sag formula ideal for setting many types of tile & stone in most conditions. It is highly flexible when cured which makes it effective for use in extreme climatic conditions and is solvent and odor free for challenging indoor applications.

      • Over properly prepared steel, concrete, masonry, cement mortar beds and leveling coats
      • Over properly prepared, stable and well bonded ceramic tile
      • Over tile industry recommended backerboards
      • Over gypsum wallboard (interior)
      • Over industry standard plywood (interior, dry conditions)
      • Over UZIN surface preparation products and membranes where applicable
      • Over UZIN RR 185 as part of the UZIN BalkuSlim system (see BalkuSlim installation guidelines)
      • Over ship decks, counters, back splashes, elevators, stair cases
      • For ceramic, porcelain, quarry, saltillo, glass tile and metal tile
      • For natural stone including moisture sensitive natural and artificial stone
      • For fiberglass panels, FRP or Altro White Rock
      • For installations subject to salt water exposure
