It comes complete with a mandatory safety and ventilation switch kit for CXU, which ensures safe exit to the roof by offering entrapment and fall-through protection. The kit makes it simple for the user to open and fix the glass rooflight at 60 degrees when exiting, and to close the window when on the roof. Furthermore, the kit is uniquely designed with an integrated rain sensor that automatically closes the glass rooflight in the event of rain.
