Gaspex pipe with UV protection

The Gaspex UV multilayer tube is one of the viable solutions for the construction market for installations in the field of combustible gases. Its protection against ultraviolet rays (UV) allows installation in outdoor areas exposed to the sun.

Safely replacing conventional copper piping and offering optimized installation, since it can be installed in less time.

The speed of installation and safety of the Emmeti multilayer system is due to the small number of connections required, the flexibility of the tubing enables curved strokes and the coils (up to 100 meters), avoid the need for splicing.

Gaspex UV multilayer pipe in roll for gas supply installations. Manufactured and certifed by leading international bodies in compliancewith ISO 17484 and ISO 18225.
The Gaspex multilayer consists of 5 layers:
- Internal cross – linked polyethylene pipe (PE-Xb)
- Connection layer than unites the inner pipe with the aluminium pipe
- Continuous butt welded aluminium pipe with a minimum thickness of 0.2 mm
- Connection layer that unites the outer pipe with the aluminium pipe
- Yellow cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) external pipe
